As Founding Chairman of the Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA), he led the establishment of the regulatory framework for Pakistan’s knowledge-based economy. As Co-Chair, Advisory Board of the Quantum Global Data Center, he provides strategic direction for building a next-generation data center in Karachi, Pakistan.

A graduate of Northwestern University, USA, with a BA in Economics, Mr. Amanullah was among the founding leadership instrumental in the establishment of Gul Ahmed Energy Limited, the Group’s first Independent Power Producer (IPP), which commenced operations in 1997. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing high-capacity Tier-3 rated data centers ensuring operational excellence and reliability.
With a distinguished career spanning 21 years, Mr. Anwar is recognized for his strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and people management—qualities that have consistently transformed technical vision into organizational success. He holds certifications in CTDC,CDCS and CCNP a Bachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Systems Engineering from NED University, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from IBA University, and has completed a Leadership Skill Development Program from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Nusair Siraj Teli serves as Director for Gul Ahmed Energy Limited, Gul Ahmed Wind Power Limited, and Gul Ahmed Electric Limited. A graduate of Kingston University, London, he embarked on his professional journey in 2016, carrying forward the legacy of his late father, Mr. Siraj Kassam Teli — a visionary industrialist and philanthropist.
