Mr. Muhammad Afzal Anwar serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Quantum Global Data Center (QGDC), bringing over two decades of expertise in the telecommunications and data center industries. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing high-capacity Tier-3 rated data centers  ensuring operational excellence and reliability.

With a distinguished career spanning 21 years, Mr. Anwar is recognized for his strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and people management—qualities that have consistently transformed technical vision into organizational success. He holds certifications in CTDC,CDCS and CCNP a Bachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Systems Engineering from NED University, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from IBA University, and has completed a Leadership Skill Development Program from Harvard Business School.

His technical Acumen and strategic foresight continue to strengthen QGDC’s position as a leading force in the data center domain, advancing the company’s mission of technological excellence and sustainable growth.
