- Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quantum Global Data Center website (the “Website”) and any services provided by Quantum Global Data Center (QGDC), a data center by Gul Ahmed Energy Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017, having its registered office at 7th Floor, Al-Tijarah Center, 32-1-A, Block- 6, P.E.C.H.S. Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan.
1.2 By accessing or using the Website or any services offered, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, do not use the Website.
- Definitions
“Client” or “you” refers to the person or business using our services.
“Services” means any data center services, hosting, colocation, cloud, or related offerings provided by QGDC.

3.1 You may use the Website for lawful purposes only.
3.2 You agree not to misuse the Website (e.g. hacking, data scraping, interfering with services).
3.3 We may suspend access to the Website at any time for maintenance or security reasons. - Service Provision & Contracts
4.1 Use of any service (colocation, hosting, cloud) is subject to a separate Service Agreement, which supersedes these Terms where they conflict.
4.2 .We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any service at our discretion, including where you breach these Terms, the applicable Service Agreement, or any law or regulation, or where continuation of service could compromise the integrity, security, or lawful operation of our systems - Fees, Payment & Refunds
5.1 Fees for services will be as set in your Service Agreement or order confirmation.
5.2 You agree to pay all charges on time. Unpaid accounts may be suspended or terminated.We may charge a reconnection or restoration fee for services suspended due to non-payment.
5.3 Refunds, if any, will be as per policy stated in your Service Agreement or invoice terms. - Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, design, logos, branding, and intellectual property on the Website and in service materials belong to QGDC or its licensors.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use site content without permission. - Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, QGDC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website or services.
7.2 Our total liability under or in connection with these Terms or services is capped at the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months. - Warranties & Disclaimers
8.1 We provide services “as is” and make no warranties, express or implied, except those in the Service Agreement.
8.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing, be referred to arbitration in Karachi under the Arbitration Act, 1940, or any statutory modification thereof.
